And good to see the Canadians vs SS, truly epic fighting around Caen (as luck would have it, I’m reading a book on Operation Epsom).

As an aside, if you’re a fan of these fights, I can’t recommend Britton Publishers’ “Operation Jupiter” scenario book, it’s fantastic.

V/R,
Jack

Just Jackhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03552962741823929433noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1194255716971534690.post-17154984734845488202018-07-22T20:36:12.317-04:002018-07-22T20:36:12.317-04:00It was another great game, which is what I have le...It was another great game, which is what I have learned to expect from BG!

I was feeling the pressure the entire time from the German Grenadiers. I concluded at set up that if I couldn't knock out the Panthers early in the game, I was sure to watch my force get rolled over by superior firepower and morale of the combined armor and infantry. Thankfully some of the few good die rolls by the Canucks were the "to hit" and "damage"on the cats. It was an acceptable price to pay losing 1 for 1 against my TDs.David Fhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02438191396854739819noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1194255716971534690.post-16156310880259111612018-07-21T19:12:21.501-04:002018-07-21T19:12:21.501-04:00It was a very fun and tense game, Darren. Battlegroup delivers that great tension where you never know who will win and how bad your opponent is doing.Disgruntled Fusilierhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10995610821904415726noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1194255716971534690.post-13166152177613626892018-07-21T19:11:10.357-04:002018-07-21T19:11:10.357-04:00Glad you enjoyed the writeup, Norm.
