I think their strength lies in fudging units 1 echelon "up" so you could technically call each team a stand and units would be companies instead of platoons. That would be a very satisfying game.

There are lots of decisions to make in a very light hearted way.Disgruntled Fusilierhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10995610821904415726noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1194255716971534690.post-25480626476625603142016-08-27T04:22:52.834-04:002016-08-27T04:22:52.834-04:00How did the rules feel in comparison to BG?How did the rules feel in comparison to BG?Paul O'Ghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08611720164170399684noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1194255716971534690.post-73427169914209554222016-08-22T18:29:55.638-04:002016-08-22T18:29:55.638-04:00These do look interesting. They are streamlined and next time I play I'm going to try some historical TOEs or even scenarios from another book and see how those go.Disgruntled Fusilierhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10995610821904415726noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1194255716971534690.post-38326704520361548372016-08-22T08:37:12.204-04:002016-08-22T08:37:12.204-04:00Thanks for the kind words! :D I'm sending you ...Thanks for the kind words! :D I'm sending you a reply to your email asap.Retrohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02453452754260568196noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1194255716971534690.post-28594765879206604002016-08-22T06:31:38.134-04:002016-08-22T06:31:38.134-04:00I did have the previous (free) version of Hail of ...I did have the previous (free) version of Hail of Fire that I seem to remember was a like FUBAR but much better for WW2. I do remember seeing these on Wargame Vault a few months ago but was hesitant to donate for them as i know they are quite different from the 2015, but did not know how different. They sound very good and may have to put down a few dollars to read them.Shaun Travershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05691522858410783769noreply@blogger.com
